Annual Evergreen HOA Meeting

Our annual Homeowners Association meeting will be held in April of 2027 at 6:00PM in The Hampton Inn Wichita Northwest, 10047 West 29th St, Wichita Ks 67205 . A letter should be sent out with the detail. This important gathering provides an opportunity for residents to come together, discuss community matters, and participate in shaping the future of our neighborhood.

Mark your calendars, and we look forward to your active involvement in our upcoming annual meeting next April!

 

Quarterly Evergreen HOA Board Meeting

We are currently reviewing the need for quarterly Board meetings to make sure they provide a positive benefit to the Evergreen community.  We will update this area of the website once the schedule for the meetings has been established.

2026 Community Dumpster Days - Seeking Volunteers!

Join us in making a positive impact on our community during our Dumpster Days. Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these events, and we invite you to participate. Please email HOA Management Services to express your interest in volunteering.

Spring Dumpster Day

• Date: Saturday, April 18th , 2026
• Time: 8:00 AM to Noon (or until full)

Fall Dumpster Day

• Date: TBD
• Time: 8:00 AM to Noon (or until full)

Our Dumpster Days have been a great success with many residents participating.  While that is a good thing it sometimes creates a traffic jam along Parkdale St.  We are looking for ways to reduce the vehicle unloading chaos and putting in place procedures for a more orderly way of quickly getting vehicles unloaded while reducing the traffic jam and increasing the safety of those looking to unload as well as our volunteers.  We will have more information on that prior to the Fall Dumpster Day.

 

Garage Sale Dates for 2026-2027 - Stay Tuned!

Our 2026 Garage Sale Dates of April 9th, 10th and 11th were a great success, and we are considering having another Garage Sale Day this year as well as looking forward to repeating the event again next year.

Stay tuned for the upcoming announcements, and we look forward to making these garage sale events in 2026 and 2027 an even bigger success!
